Zak Waylen

Zak is Bravo’s Operations Manager. He is responsible for The Quarters by Bravo’s operations, ensuring Bravo’s lean philosophy is executed across its portfolio.

Zak started his hospitality and operational career working for the iconic luxurious Blakes Hotel in South Kensington.

He has extensive experience in revenue management and is both (CRME) and (CHIA) certified. In 2016, Zak transitioned into asset management within a family office structure, representing private owners in partnership with various global brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Accor, and Radisson by driving central and regional operational teams to achieve their performance targets as well as a holistic asset management approach with the operating partners.

Asset Manager

Privately representing a family office with a custodian approach to demonstrate responsible stewardship of its hotel assets.

Group Revenue Asset Manager

In charge of strategic revenue/distribution planning and consultative support for a private office hotel portfolio. Working as part of an asset management team.

Resident Manager

Working personally and directly for both owners to take the hotel back to its best in consumer satisfaction, product and infrastructure.

I am attentive, astute with a huge entrepreneurial drive. A large part of my personal skills focuses on operations, asset management and revenue management within the hospitality industry.
